Yes, we prebuild every exhibition stand in our custom facility before the event to ensure every detail is perfect and to allow you to ensure you are happy and make any last minute adjustments. This will normally be 1 – 2 weeks before your exhibition and you are welcome to come to our showroom or we can do by video presentation.
Yes, you can absolutely build your exhibition stand yourself, especially if you’re using a simple, modular, tool-less system like T3 designed to be quick and intuitive to assemble. If you want extra confidence, training can help you get up to speed fast and build it smoothly on the day. As stands become larger or more complex, many brands choose a full-service route instead, with delivery, setup, dismantle and storage handled for them.

How big your bespoke exhibition stand should be will depend on your budget and objectives as well as the products or services you are promoting. An entry level exhibition stand could be 3 X 2 sqm while large double decker exhibition stands can be hundreds of square metres in size. Look at your budget for the exhibition and plan the budget for space accordingly. However take into account that the budget should be split approximately 50% for space, 30% for stand build and 20% for exhibition services such as power, marketing and staff costs.
