In 2021, Amazon MCF came to Tecna on a recommendation, needing support for their first exhibition. Their team had a great space at an upcoming show but wasn’t sure where to start with stand design, build, outreach, or engagement. With exhibiting being new to the division and the team, they needed a partner who could guide them through the entire process from strategy and creative, to management and execution.
We started by understanding Amazon’s goals; what success looked like for them, how they wanted to present their brand, and what would make the event a win. From there, we designed a stand that not only delivered strong brand presence but also drove engagement and ROI. Beyond the stand itself, we took care of everything. Our expert project managers booked power, services, giveaways, and printed materials so Amazon’s team could focus on making meaningful connections at the event.
To ensure perfection, we pre-built the stand at our facility two weeks ahead of the show. This gave Amazon the chance to see it in full, make tweaks, and walk into their event with total confidence.
That first project was just the beginning. Since then, Amazon MCF has trusted Tecna for all their exhibitions, expanding their presence across multiple shows and venues. We’ve evolved their stand designs over time, adding video walls and striking architectural features to maximise visibility and impact.
