HP Terms

(Applies to the promotion at The AI Summit London, 11–12 June 2025, Tobacco Dock)

1. Promoter

Tecna UK Ltd, 5-6 Chancerygate Way, Farnborough, Hampshire, GU14 8FF (“Tecna”).

2. Acceptance

By entering you accept these terms in full.

3. Eligibility

• 18 years or older on the day you enter.
• One entry per person across all methods each day.
• Open to event attendees worldwide. Tecna ships prizes within the UK only (international winners must collect or arrange UK courier at their cost).
• Employees, contractors and immediate family of Tecna, HP, NVIDIA or event organisers cannot enter.
• No purchase needed beyond holding a valid AI Summit attendee pass.

4. How to enter (each day)

a) Complete all 4 stages of the HP scavenger hunt in Suite EM4.

b) Complete the AI Vault Challenge in Room ED2.

c) Give your name and email to Tecna staff in Suite EM4 before 16:00 BST.

d) Free alternative entry: email creative.theaisummitlondon@teamtecna.com with subject “AI Vault Free Entry”, your full name and contact number before 15:30 BST on either event day. Duplicate emails, aliases or non‑badge entries won’t count.

Tecna may verify entries with photo ID and badge scanning to enforce the one‑entry rule.

5. Draw process

• All entries added to an online spinning-wheel randomiser.
• Spin recorded on video for audit.
• One winner per prize category per day (total six winners).

6. Prizes

• If any prize becomes unavailable, Tecna may substitute with an item of equal or higher value.

7. Claiming

• Tecna emails winners by 19:00 BST the same day.
• Reply within 7 days to accept. No reply = forfeiture; prize lapses (no redraw).
• Laptops and Real Madrid shirts – collect on-site, arrange London pickup, or request delivery to any UK address within 30 days.
• Ferrari prize winners must confirm a date within six months.

8. Publicity & data

• Tecna, HP and NVIDIA may publish winners’ first names and company names and may request reasonable publicity participation with no payment.
• Email addresses join HP’s marketing list until you unsubscribe.

9. Costs, tax & insurance

• Travel, visas, insurance and any personal tax or customs duties sit with winners.

10. Liability

• Except for death or personal injury caused by negligence, Tecna accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or injury arising from entry or prize use.
• Third-party terms (Silverstone, Escapade) apply.

11. Force majeure

Tecna may amend, suspend or cancel the promotion if events beyond its control make this unavoidable.

12. Severability & waiver

If any term is held invalid, the remaining terms stay in force. Tecna’s failure to enforce any term is not a waiver.

13. General Terms

Tecna may amend these terms at any time to reflect operational or legal changes. Any updated version will appear at teamtecna.com/HPZterms and will apply from the date of publication.

14. Governing law

English law applies. Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
