• 1,000+ Hours On-site
  • 90+ Exhibition Stand Components
  • 2 Venues
  • 48 Hours Timeframe
  • 1 Unforgettable Experience
For 2026, we returned to the high-speed world of cycling with Madison and iceBike*; a multi-day show with thousands of visitors, split across two iconic venues & cities: the Manchester Velodrome and London’s Lee Valley Velodrome.
The Set Up

For 2026, Madison wanted to expand on the great experience we created with them as full build partners in 2025 and truly Push the Possible.

Even with experience, the logistics of pulling off iceBike* are formidable: Creating a full exhibition show, then replicating this 200 miles away in the first venue. Then, do it all again and travel another 200 miles to the second venue for the final set up…all within 48 hours. Intimidating.

This year we had over 5 months of preparation time for the dual show format, and our Project & Operations teams aimed to maximise every second of it.

Some operational highlights:
📦 The crew delivered: 36 MDF infills, 22 slat walls, 19 shelving units, 8 plinths and 7 grid walls
♻️ 100% of the slat wall panels, grid walls and fencing were reused, sticking to our core sustainability principles.
⌛ Hours logged (on-site only) were a minimum 71 hours per person. Estimated a total of over a 1,000 hours total!
🏃 Efficiency was a key goal to improve on from last year. In 2025 the crew finished unloading by 11am. 2026? Completed by 8:30am.
Show Time

Our job doesn’t stop once the doors open, with full assistance provided across all days of the show to resolve any possible issues on-site in real time.

Madison reported that: iceBike* 2026 was not only one of the most positive shows we have ever delivered, but also a record‑breaking year for registrations and attendance:

The Manchester show opened the week with a reported 29% increase in account attendance, and a 35% rise in visitors YoY. As well as this 81% of registered visitors confirmed attendance, underlining strong retailer engagement. London followed with an 18% increase in account attendance, and 17% increase of visitors.

Our work with Madison and iceBike* truly fits our ethos of making our partners vision a reality and pushing what’s possible for exhibitions.

As I reflect on another successful iceBike* trade show, I am filled with immense pride and gratitude to all the team of staff and suppliers who made it possible… from the moment the show opened in both London and Manchester it was clear that there was nothing but optimism, determination and an unwavering commitment to driving the industry forward.

Questions we hear a lot about our full show service:
  • What exactly does a "full show service" cover?

Everything! Design, exhibitor stand packages, sponsorship activations, feature spaces, logistics, and dismantle. One team, one point of contact for the whole show.

  • We already have an in-house events team. Can you handle specific parts of the show?

Yes, there’s no fixed formula. We shape our involvement around your existing setup, from full project management to specific elements like build and logistics only.

  • How does this work for exhibitors? Do they get a say in their stand?

100% yes. We offer tailored stand packages with customisation and upgrade options, dealing with exhibitors directly to reduce your admin load while boosting their experience.

  • Can you create networking and hospitality spaces, not just exhibitor stands?

Of course! VIP lounges, breakout zones, wayfinding, and hospitality areas are all part of the offer, designed to drive engagement across the whole show floor.

  • Do you work with non-standard venues or boutique shows?

That’s where we thrive. We’re built for organisers with unique venues, unconventional formats, or ambitions that go beyond a standard shell scheme!

  • How sustainable is the build process?

Reusable materials, energy-efficient lighting, and responsible manufacturing are standard practice. Builds are designed to last across multiple events. Read more here.

  • What does the process look like from first conversation to show day?

    We work in four stages:

    • Design: We start with your goals, not a template

    • Build: Quality manufacturing balanced with sustainability

    • Deliver: Full installation and on-site management

    • Reuse: Strategy and solutions designed beyond a single event

See the above in action in our case studies.
